Re: Big bird
I like the idea of a blade rear but I won't be "modding" this bike .
Only subtle things really as it don't need it and I can't be arsed lol

Re: Big bird
I concur. Without the side fairings it looses its balance to the eye. If your going to remove the fairings then they will all have to go. Think of the weight reductioncybercarl wrote:Looks like a bit of an animal that Lloyd. Baaaaaa Are you putting the side fairings on. The front looks odd to me. I can't help thinking take the front fairing off and you will have an X 11. Yeh you have a nice bike there to make your own. It needs Yellow wheels too.

Found one from a X11 and made it fit ,wasn't hard tbh .TheGingerBeardMan wrote:A black hugger will be nice to compliment the big skirted front mudguard. It would help the eye fill in that gap between the back tyre and the under-tray.
Not that you can see it from the off side .
But it cleans up the nearside now it only has one can .

Re: Big bird
Today I received my delink brake kit from JAWS .
So I set to and stripped the body work off to gain access to the plumbing as its all hidden .
Then removed all the crap and there's loads off it !.
.
The kit and fitting instruction need some refinements and I've passed that info onto JAWS .
I also think the rear master cylinder is to big as the rear brake peddle is rock hard .
Tho I've not road tested it yet but will do later

Re: Big bird
Yep .
Just need to fit a smaller rear master cylinder now to get more travel and feel from the rear brake .
