You will have to keep us updated on how it performs
Re: Just ordered this...
very nice. With your uprated forks by Roger Ditchfield, and the new shock, that should make a BIG difference in the handling department

Re: Just ordered this...
Yep i had Rogered forks and a WP rear shock. Made a world of difference.
missing the noise, not the vibes. However never say never!
Re: Just ordered this...
Fitted the shock now, but not test ridden yet. I'm trying to find a neat solution for mounting the reservoir, currently its just resting on top of the battery. I've got some alloy short stacks to fit too, so I'll be epoxying up a slide hole in a pair of my spare carb slides and fitting those at the same time as sorting the reservoir and fitting my longer sidestand courtesy of MacV2, then I think I'm done apart from service stuff for the next year (hopefully).
So far we have:
Rogered Forks
Dunlop Qualifiers
New steering bearings
Valve clearances done
MCCTs
Carbs Ultrasonic cleaned
Hawk8541 carb mods
Extended carb balance lines
TPS set
New OE air filter
New oil/filter
New Chain and sprockets
Nitron RP2 shock
Alarm removed(faulty)
Waterpump rebuilt
Cooling system flush and new coolant
Various bits powdercoated
But it's still TEAL!!

Get your new shock dialled in to suit you, and you'll have a very good handling Storm
