Standard or K Tech internals?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Standard I believe. Have to wait and see if I upgrade them. May do at some point.

Dry track at Oulton yesterday cheered me up again, set a new personal best and feel like I'm pushing on pretty well. Was braking harder and later in a couple of places and started to notice a bit of fade creeping in. Think the guy might have let a bit too much air out the tyres as I think they were overheating. The last couple of sessions would start out a bit wriggly until the tyres got warm, I'd have a couple of solid laps with good feel and then they'd start to move around again. I was on Metzeler Z8's at 30 front and rear.

No knee down, though I did grind the pegs (and the rear is shimmed up) so I clearly need to sort out my positioning. That's it now though until some time next year. Still, must buy a track bike and stop risking the storm...

Yep sounds like you need to get off the bike more . My knee touches down before the pegs . Though I have long legs lol .

Just picture a tractor coming at you ,if you don't hang off you have to get off and drop a knee ,standing it up ain't an option this time [FACE WITH STUCK-OUT TONGUE AND WINKING EYE]

Getting new leathers and a helmet :biggrin now I can get out to test ride the bike. God knows how that'll go :s

Who says bikes are expensive. Last month I spent £££ on the front end upgrade. Today I've spent £££ on new gear. Still got new wheels to purchase £££

Watch out roads, here I come............ as soon as we get a bit of dry weather and I can get on the thing without nearly dropping it.
