Thanks Chris

Was a great feeling getting out again. Was a nice pace too so that'll be the pace I ride at through summer too. Time to save the craziness for the track.

Highly recomended for Wonky Wrist. Takes a bit of getting used to at first but bloody good for long M-way miles. You dont grip the bar at all just hold the throttle open with the weight of your hand. Takes the strain off your wrist. It just slides on, no glue or anything so If you can't get on with it or want it off when on a track day it just slides off.
I have one of these on my VFR. It's only drawback is it make the starter button a bit tricky to smash.

Other than that, if I am just cruising I flick it closed and I don't have to give the throttle a gorilla grip.

That sounds like a good plan to me

I bet it did feel good to get out again,
