try searching for a marine spec grease, it will be resistant to water ingress which is what does for the bearings, I'm lucky I have a pal who works on the railways and has acess to all types of job specific greases.
I've now gone all European and bought a KTM Superduke GT and Aprilia RSV1000R :D ,
Storm is now gone  .

does it have to be hi-temp? nothings spinning down there ? or would that help with the heat off the exhaust

just wondering?

Yes, it has to be high temperature.
Otherwise it will thin with the heat from the exhaust rear downpipe and run out.

Why skimp?

You could use cheap grease and strip it and redo twice a year, but tbh it's far too much faffing about- do it properly and once every 2 years is fine.
Unless you like pulling the bike apart, can't think of anyone that reminds me of.....
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

So I popped in my local bike shop, and he says he uses only Silkolene Pro RG2
for pretty much everything he works on !!
He had non left in stock, but gave me half a tub of his workshop stock for 6 quid !!
Its Temp and water resistant,
anyway seems to tick all the boxes,

I use moly on swing arm bearings as they are slow rotating/ partial radius bearings, and fast rotating bearings like wheels etc. use HT grease.
