Kinda, it's good that it's gone but I would rather have kept her and got a cheap commuter. Funds just didn't allow it though, nor the long haired general!

Well not the bike but cleaned and "Nourished" lol all the Leathers for the summer. They are a vast improvement and was easy to clean first and then rub the stuff in and Buff up. Just looking forward to wearing them a bit more now.

makes a good difference that, we do ours at some point before the big annual trip and the leather feels so much better. Good to get that extra bit of waterproofing back on boots etc too, will be tackling it all at some point soon...

Removed and broke down all calipers, removed both cam covers, removed radiators and brackets, removed oil cooler, removed and stripped clipons, removed front fairing bracket, removed top yoke and sent for powder coating along with cam cover bolts. Been quoted £65. Just need to remove the two side covers and get them powder coated next week. While they're there I can carry on with the painting. Complete tail, nose and inner fairings sprayed and lacquered. Side fairings sprayed white, tank etch primed. Just got the side fairings to mask, spray and lacquer, tank to prime, mask up, paint and lacquer then just the belly pan left to do.

Today have also noticed that the right radiator is leaking and has a fan mount bracket broke and the Speedo plastic has had some clutch juice spilt on it so looking for a very good condition instrument panel cover and a right hand radiator with all mounts and brackets intact. Cash waiting if you have them.
If it aint broke, get your bloody hands off it!
