Speedo healers

Post by BrianC »

Think ive worked out that my storm was a parallel.

Its just has a mph sticker over the kph on the speedo.

So it must have some kind of 'speedo healer'????? But what is a speed healer???? Where does it fit and can i easily get rid of it as i have a grand new mph clock.

Im going to get the storm mot d when the weather picks up so i have a formal record of how many kilometers it has done on the odometer - then i'll change the speed.

Come on back to me guys

Thanks

Just change clocks. If it has a sticker over the speedo face it won't have a speedo healer fitted.

The idea of a speedo healer is to get the km face to read in MPH.
Or to have the speedo read accurately when you've changed gearing.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Hello tony

Its not a full speedo sticker, just the letters mph over kph and the scale around the speedo reads up to 240 !!!!!!

My Speedo Healer is fitted under the seat, as it plugs into block terminal connectors located in that opaque sheath in front of the battery.

Here's a link to what it looks like:-
