...was in a waiting room today at a health centre...they had a TV up on the wall showing health facts..give up smoking, flu jab that sort of thing...

Then this flashed up...

So it's offical according to the NHS it's good for you to ride your bike :thumbup: :thumbup:

Yes I did ignore the bit about turning my mobile off...How would I have taken the pic with my phone off...DOH!
Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...

Yes... I had to brush a load down today as was painting around me new door... I didn't see him scurrying away so must have been old ones...

Mac you'll have to set out a schedule so you can ride them all each week so one doesn't feel left out !
