Ahh thanks a lot 
Yesterday was great - played mini golf with old friends followed by beers and very good Chinese food.
Today I have a beautiful ride down from Cheshire to Shropshire to see family on the CB500.
Leg and other bits aren't too painful at all. And repairing the 'storm is looking hopeful but I'll post about that on that thread.
