Anybody have experience with allyearbiker?
As title says, looking at getting the CBR treated as I've come to accept what happens when I own a bike for any period of time
I've heard decent reviews but does anybody have first hand experience? The nearest ones to me are a full hour or more ride away and it's supposedly not the fastest process in the world, not that I'd necessarily want it to be, so I also don't want to spend the better part of the day out and be annoyed when I get home..
Failing that any of you can clean it for me if you fancy

Why would he have an aluminium ear???
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

They do come to you but I don't want water either at the garage or at my house really soo... Would be easier to just go to them, plus it's another excuse to ride the bike

That'll last 5 years or so. Invest an hour or two in applying every Autumn /early Winter - wash off in the spring. spend money you've saved on

Re: Anybody have experience with allyearbiker?
I have (had) a very grotty KTM 640LC4-E I use around the lanes and the odd gravel road. KTMs are not known for their durability of finish so I though I'd give AYB a go. Be aware it's a Franchise so the service is very dependent on the man doing the job. I used Les Napier in Newcastle (North Shields). He was keen to point out that the main result is the corrosion protection (using a compressor spray gun) and cleaning the bike is secondary. This may be sales talk though so you need to come back to him every so often. To me the £70 was worth it just for the clean. It would have taken me hours and crippled my back.

It took about 90 minutes. I felt the headers could have been a bit cleaner but he said he didn't want to rub the chrome off. I pointed out they were SS so I might tidy them up some more myself. All in all reasonably pleased.
