It's Red, there are no dent's from what I can see in the pics, It will need paint, no hardware, cap, spigot or sender.
He's asking £100 +shipping...approx £20 UK mainland. I'm sure he will pack it very well for shipping & be able to send over seas but that would require futher funds.
I'd suggest pick up if poss even if it's a relay through several mates as couriors have a tendency to play football with parcels... Just ask Stormy Rob.
