Hi folks,
I have some unsightly scratches on the raised area of my clutch casing..
Options are touching it up with the correct colour code paint.. Else where on the site I saw paint codes but the local paint shop doesn't recognise them!
Or I could (and I am tending towards this) remove all the paint from the raised area as some people here have
done and polish it.
Any advice on the best way to do this would be much appreciated.. I don't want to make a hash of it obviously!
Regards
David

another option would be to buy a set of carbon fibre covers, they'll cover up any marks and protect the cases if you drop it in the future.
carbonadi sell them via ebay

Folks,
Thanks for the advice...
Fabiostar.. I actually was referring to the job you did to your " yellow Vtr".
Open to all options but it might just suit my silver storm..
Was it easily done?
David.
