the old swingarm question..

Post by feef »

I've seen a few posts about the VFR800 swingarm conversion.. is the 800 the only arm that can fit, or is it just the easiest to fit? Would one of the earlier 750 ones do the job, or are there any other alternatives out there?

I'm aquiring 1/2 a breaking firestorm tonight, so as to swap out my engine (to solve a multitude of sins) and with what's remaining, I can see a project in the offing.

What other mods are common.. I've heard 'blade front end?

I'm starting with a frame and engine, and the world is my mollusc :D

The 750 swingarm will not fit its the 800 only or you could have the standard one braced.

P.S but saying that anything can be made to fit but at what cost?
