I've never been that keen on scrubbing in a new front, but today I put a new Bridgestone RS11 on and happily wandered about for 55 miles.
I didn't go anywhere in particular, but took in plenty of roundabouts. I'm about two thirds of the way so far, but that'll do for the first heat cycle.
Makes a change to be able to potter about rather than ragging it, climbing off and pointing my shoulder at the apex can wait til another day.
And not getting cold or wet makes a nice change, too.
The rear S22 is only halfway worn, so the softer front will last about the same time and I'll get a pair next time.
I saw a pair of Supercorsa's priced at over £500 fitted and balanced. I would have been able to get a pair cheaper than that, but still. So £170 fitted for the RS11 will do for now.

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
