Thanks everyone it was a difficult start as my dear mum had sent me a birthday card just before she passed but the day progressed rather well and the staff at the hotel now know I’m rather partial to the local Diamond Coconut Rum I now think it’s my favourite tipple

Thanks Chris it was very sudden. I had only spoken to her the night before. I got a call from my sister that she had been taken to hospital, but she was 120 miles away and sadly passed before I could get there, so was a very difficult time. Image

That must have been a huge shock for that to happen so quickly, thank goodness you able to speak to your Mum the night before,

Chris.
