Firestorm vs ZX12R

Probably a silly question, but just how would a Firestorm (which I have) compare to a ZX12R (which I don't)?

From what I can see they both have the letter R in common and that would probably be about it.

I think I'm right in saying that the ZX12R was Kawasaki's attempt at stealing the crown from the Suzuki Hayabusa GSX1300R so in that case it doesn't compare

One is a fairly light, torquey v-twin with loads of low down torque but not too much top end, the other is green

the firestorm wins hands down......the sound!!!!you wouldnt get a zx12 to sound like a vtr no matter what...so ...in that case....lets keep our vtrs.....

I've spoken to quite a number of people (both in and out of shops)
And I always get the same reply.

The ZX12R is "THE" Sports/Tourer for the tall person without question.

Even tonight in P&H, I sat on a couple of ZX12R's they have in stock and round a new Honda Blackbird.

The ZX12R seemed a comfy machine, albeit felt a bit wider than the Storm.
I then sat on the Blackbird, a salesman came over and I explained.

He also repeated the same thing.

Hayabusa = low seat and high pegs = not good for tall people.
Blackbird = somewhere in the middle
ZX12R = The best for a tall rider.

The above seem to be facts that are always repeated, like em or not.

Not nessesarily green

In P&H they have a Silver one a Black one and a Blue one.

Agreed, there's nothing that's going to sound like a Twin.
