Post by vtr1000kiwi »

Does anyone know if you canswap to late model 600 forks?'99 forks are 43mm compared to the 41mm storm ones,i'm wondering if I can either get my yokes machined out by 2 mm or will the cbr front end fit the storm(same bearings etc)?Would be nice to get some compression damping.Tony.

Don't think there enough meat on the std yokes to machine anything out.

You need to check travel and stuff first and offset and fork lenght and stem lenght first then call M&P or Honda for part number cross references. etc. If you not worried about money then they will fit, everything is possible but at a price.
