Rear brake noise

I'm getting a chattering noise between the rear pads and the disc when new pads fitted. just touching the brakes causes the noise. (not hard application). Even after several hundred miles it is the same. Tried original Honda pads and is the same. Shims and copper grease are in place. Dealer can't find the problem. (what's new?) Anyone else found a similar problem ?. Any Suggestions ?

if there is nothing wrong with the fitting of the pads etc try and check for warped or perhaps cracked disc.... or even stator problems
