Rear brake lever.............advice/info needed

Hi

Have looked on the fiches but can't find what I'm looking for. Does anyone know if it is possible to get hold of the rear brake lever only or do I have to get the whole thing? And would anyone know where I can get one other than buying a set of Gilles or similar.
