Here is a before and after picture hope you can tell the difference
Bought ths bike from a member on here in october 2007 for £750
Needed some work doing so far i have :
Painted wheels black
New d207rr's
Rear wavy brake disc
Painted fork legs
New front and rear ebc hh pads
NGK Iridium plugs
Genuine honda Oil and Filter change
Painted belly pan black
R&G Bar ends
L.E.D rear light (yet to fit)
Standard showa rear shock reworked and re sprung by maxton (Yet to fit)
Renthal grips
New o/s/f footrest hanger
Fresh brake and clutch fluid
Carbon heel guards
Generally cleaned it up, still got to polish up the downpipes and finish it off
Owes me about £1100 all in, what do you guys think?
Plans for the future are, fresh fork oil and fork springs
Fit rear shock
Finish polishing/replacing bolts etc
Maybe a respray in the winter
What do you reckon its worth now not that iam ever gonna sell it.
Other than that just gonna use it and my wife's gonna have a go aswell
Might look at getting a gsxr600k6 stealth black so we can both go out.

I was the guy Rick bought his Storm from. Just had a look at the photos and you have made a great job of sorting it out! Really happy that someone has made the most, and is getting proper use out of her!
I'd be happy to pay £2000 to have her back sometime in the future (just joking but I reckon she is worth every penny that you've spent)

Nice one mate! You've struck gold there... wish I could have found one for that much!
Starting to think I paid over the odds.... but I guess the value is more than cash - I can't imagine not having a bike in the garage, just having something to tinker with is worth it's weight alone. Some need more tinkering than others though!
What did you use on the fork lowers? I've got some Simoniz 5-Wheel silver - i've used it before and it comes up a treat if you prep the lowers properly. Yours look mint!
