OK.
Seems good with American gallons which are about 4 litres actually. Doesn't mention trip meter error which will exist unless a speedo healer is used.
I think that most of us get about 38 miles per gallon give or take a bit.

Now a Royal Enfield diesel (about 45mph top speed) will do a reliable 175 + to the gallon. Great for London commuting as 45mph is far faster than you'll ever likely to be able to do.

I usually get around 42mpg on a decent run.

My TDM in France got 61 mpg when touring! A theoretical 268 mile tank range. Had it to 225 on reserve and still had 3 l to spare.
Two bikes, still only four cylinders!

I managed to get 100 miles yesterday and I'd reached the half tank point on the lcd display, I doubt it's half a tank by volume if measured though

No idea what MPG I get, i simply fill it o the brim every time I go out. it varies between £7 and £17 at the pump :?

Before I replaced the fuel sender unit, I worked on 100 miles to a tank, the day I had it changed they said bring it in as empty as you can, I managed 130, they said there was next to nothing left in the tank when they changed the guage.
