Welcome to what I and many other members feel is one of the most friendly & helpful bike forums on the interweb thingy!
Don't hide away in the shadows, at time of writing we have 486 members who've never typed a single post!, not even to say "hi!"
Just say "Hello!" for now, or ask a daft question, we all have, and still do
One tip .... Use the 'Search' function, it really does work, truly it does.
If you can't find the answers you want, post anyway, there's nowt guys (& gals) on here like more than giving their considered opinion and / or experience and having useful debate (Sometimes ).
Occasionally the site suffers from bandwidth problems and won't load up, however, we have a fallback site for when it does, 'bookmark' it now for future use:
hi, im a new member so i thought i'd say hi, so hi.
i have a yellow 97 storm completely standard makes 120bhp at the wheel dont know if thats good. Its my first storm my last bike was a blackbird and it has taken a bit getting used to and a couple of teething problems but all good now touch wood. Im in the northeast so if any of you are here to let me know, rides out etc.
i have an apology to make the graph says 118bhp but the mcn review states 97bhp standard. I stand corrected or confused
That may be a tad too far to travel but u never know u might be seeing this chubby geordie at other ones lol
yeah standard makes 98bhp ish...one with cans/k&n makes 106-108bhp...so 118 is highly optimistic on the dyno's printout..but diff dyno machines give diff readings...
hey i can live with 98ish just got used to my blackbird lol. my 1st big v twin i have to keep reminding me they are a totally different kettle of fish to inl4's. so that graphy is not worth the paper is printed on .. shame lol
