Just wanted to say, it was superb to catch up with old friends and make some new ones. It was like a mini "Op Storm".
The national motorcycle museum was brilliant, I can appreciate the old stuff, but it was the collection of ex race bikes which stole the show for me. Especially the Hislop Norton! What a piece of history.
Another highlight alongside seeing inside the museum was the impressive turnout of Firestorms. No two the same. Great to catch up with Yeti and see his all original (from 2004) ex race bike, stage 2 Spondon VTR, complete with innovative modifications such as the petrol cap retaining bracket!
A quick thank you to our excellent hosts, Mr and Mrs MCQ46. I've left a glowing review on TripAdvisor for the Mcqueen B&B, the location, food and hosts were perfect. 4.75/5 stars (I had to deduct a quater of a star because of the small hairy member of staff that wanted to fight everyone and sh*t in our beds
I'm inspired to carry on with getting my Storm finished and on the road, ready for the next meet up.
I'm afraid I didn't take many photos, but here's a couple...

Well had a Greta (see what i did there...
) weekend.
Didnt bother counting how much fule went in the tank & back out the other end...

Had a few direction issues admitedly both on the way there & on the way back but at least I kept me dinner & breakfast inside me on the way home...Ask Gabbi.
At the museum good to see so many make it majority were from FB but we found a few old Forum members as well..Anyone remmember that Lloydi fellow used to have an AR50 IIRC...

Clan Luke Mc Snorers, KevL trying to look tough & a Lloydi in the non Storm issolation area... Gabbi tried to hide his Duck amonst the storms but it didn't really work...

Not sure we got everyone in that pic some were still wandering round the Museum.
Got some non Storm Interlopers as well ...
You take on organising these things & its like try to heard Jelly...
The After do Party at Mr & Mrs AMcQ's was the normal Storm meet Hoot...

Skinny Jamie, Sick Gabbi, Em who rides a crapzuiky but we wont hold that against her, & Vicktor zip tie repairman.

Way home fule, pish, re hydrate & smerk brake...Bin Shots...
Thank you for to all who came along & made it another great Storming weekend...
