Drove down to Brightlingsea to pick up some bit's for the GT250, then took my six spokes to Maldon powdercoat to get them sorted.

Finally got to ride my bike after painting the wheels and fitting the new chain, sprockets and Cush drive rubbers.
Well appy as the vibration is gone from the bike now.
My thoughts that the chain was fooked and the Cush drive rubbers were also very sad was right in so far as they were causing the vibration.
Totally different now and smooth as silk.
Now going to recheck everything in preparation for a ride with a few mates in z2 weeks time.
Great to be back on the bike and as soon as I got home it started to rain again!

Was that vibration at the clutch/bars when pulling away, taking up the slack, then

I'm trying to work out how they could cause vibration.

New spark plugs (think they may have been needed)
Front
Rear
Done an oil change for Wales, the last stuff i used felt really nice but went to sh1t quickly. So it's back to the normal stuff i use..
All that's left to do is sort out my rear hugger to work with the 190 tyre, but i can't raise the hugger as it attaches to the side of the swingarm on the left side, and i can't find the stuff i bought to sand it down with.. wouldn't mind so much but i need to MOT it next week!

Running a bit Rich Virt. I'm guessing that bottom pic is the rear plug.

I've changed cans so many times on these plugs which doesn't help me figure out if I'm running rich now or i was 3000 miles ago
Indeed it is. I even labelled it 'Rear' as opposed to 'Front' for you
