New pads front and rear, new seals on the front right caliper as it was weeping, replaced all the bulbs in the dash so I can now see how fast I am going at night, fitted some spacers on the LED indicators so they sit better and fitted a twin headlight conversion (having already fitted lighting relays and run parallel light connecters). Standard bulbs supplied by Powerbronze were puny 35w efforts so they have been replaced with normal 55w efforts. Busy couple of days

Shame I didn't tighten the caliper bolts on one side properly so one bolt fell out on the A2 :redface Shiny new ones on the way! :D

Been busy  .
I lost a caliper bolt once from my xs250 and felt it run under the rear tyre and for the rear tyre to pick it up and fire it at the car behind !

Belly pan is getting done over winter...

Ehh, damage is almost invisible (apart from engine casing) from 2ft or further.

I'm angry cause i know exactly what i did wrong, but hey ho!

I'm definitely gonna look at something of the sort next time i have money

Fitted a new pair of rear indy's, as the old ones weren't working- both bulbs had shattered, lens full of bits of glass.
New ones are led's, so hopefully problem solved.
Tightened chain, that'll do for one weekend.

Aye.. i was absolutely hacking it on my rides today. I was surprised i didn't come off (very pleasantly!) Never had so much fun or speed before.. all hail Metzeler! i suppose i got off lightly that i came off essentially stationary on gravel, rather than at 50+ on the roundabouts

Thanks for the advice yesterday Lloyd, really has helped the corners. Chicken strips have been halved. Want to try and see if i can remove then entirely on the 190 rear :D

Resting arm on tank when hanging off, to prevent pulling on the bars.
