Well I'm not getting a shed any more, anyway. Moved in today (all done in 3 hours, new record! ) and i realised I can't get the bike into the garden :/ she's getting parked out front. Worrying, I'll install my datatag kit tomorrow i thinks!

They are only any good once the bike has already been stolen. Preventative measures like a big wombles off chain along with a concrete block/post (ground anchor) in the ground would be better. And one of the best preventative measures is a simple waterproof bike cover. Most thieves are opportunists and wont bother lifting a cover to see what's underneath.

Have a cover, chain and disc lock already (and a flashing red light on the dash). DataTag is worst case scenario, yes, but it also lowers my insurance premium and I've had it since like February

That's the best thing about them. Same for Thacham approved alarms. It probably knocks £20 off you insurance.

Stripped and dismantled the forks from The track hack...

I'm too poor to buy decent springs, but at least I've popped my fork cherry now and I can refresh the oil and set the correct air gap

Lately I have been running with a fast crowd on a particular road .

As I have bar end mirrors that are all but useless I have sourced a rear view camera and ordered a 3.5" screen.

I am going to fit this so I can see what is going on or coming up from behind.

Another tweak to the Storm to keep me in front and sh1t my mates.

I am making it so I can fit it to the other bikes as well!

If it don't work who cares.

Total cost to date with cameras and interchangeable screen is $125 Oz.

Possible fine save?

Who knows but I'm gunna give it a go.

Thought about a revu helmet but already got 5 helmets so that justifies the experiment I think.

New to the forum. Looked out for the postie to deliver my valve grinding paste and m8 helicoil kit for the broken exhaust stud to start the rebuild after CCT failure on my 1999 storm. All I got was a promotional voucher through the letter box. Bah!
