What cans you running? Or did you perform a bafflectomy on standard?

I did a standard bafflectomy mate, well worth it.

Stripped the forks and drilled the 1mm hole.
Also put the damping needles in the lathe and cut a longer taper, looks better than ground and is perfectly round. Filled with fresh 7.5w oil to 140mm air gap and new 0.9kg springs.
Hopefully the front will complement the fox twin clicker at the rear now.

Beutiful taper that.
I haven't even started my bike up this year

I'm in hibernation mode, not even left the house, the hermit I am.

Well.. still no response on the garage so that's a goner
Got some friends from the area looking into more places for me, which is nice, I really am wanting one right now..
Especially since I've just made a deal for an SV650 as a second bike. I'm a bit hesitant about putting the VTR on the track still, so I'm gonna get this for cheap and use that as a track bike. Don't get it for two months (it's from a mate and he needs it until he gets a car).. I know exactly what I'm getting for the money and it's not a bike I'm really going to give a sh1t about, so should be fun on the track

So what if it isn't the most powerful bike, I'm not the fastest rider to begin with

SV650 would be a strong contender for my track bike too

good choice

Congrats YMV
Fantastic bikes, I had just as much if not more fun on the SV (until I wrote it off).
Just make sure you keep all the nuts & bolts lubed or coated in an anti corrosion product.

This one is mine to practice and injure myself on , Lloyd

it will only have insurance and tax for as long as I don't own a car or trailer.
Still need to sort out a garage for it first!
