You tease....You can't come out your hole and make comments like that and not explain.

I can tell you haven't binned it as you have an Angel, but you have done something naughty. High comps, bigger airbox maybe.

Nothing to bad and no mods to speak of just took her out for a good ride and have worked back up to actually riding in the power band once again.....
Of course I did ruin a ruin in a Corvettes day.....lol

To keep it short, about half way down one of the local mountain roads, there is a tunnel.

Well as I am coming down the twisty section leading up to it I catch sight of the classic red 'vette convertible and he is backing off from the cars in front of him....

As fate would have it.....lol as he entered the tunnel @ around 30mph and punched it.....I was around 5-6 bike lengths behind him, already moved over to pass......3rd gear 7K RPMs and I also gave her the beans when I hit the entrance.... Took her to a touch over 9K and then backed off...... I will say those carbon Akros sound pure evil at those RPMs and you get a nice cackle when you back off..... and the sec of them looking around before I passed was classic

So juvenile, yes but it put a smile on my face......lol

Need to repack my cans soon though, what was that loose stuff that you used?

Well done Mike, got to love going through tunnels :biggrin +1 on the Silent Sport packing I think that may be the same that Akra use when make the cans. I know for fact that Arata use it and I used it to do a repack.

Well my bike passed it's MOT but I am not entirely happy. I dropped off the bike with 47miles on the clock, I had to wait 3 hours to get it done so popped over Marty's over the road and played with starter motor bits which was cool. But I have picked up the bike and now it has got an extra 20miles on the clock and is popping and banging all over the place as if there is no Vacuum hose connected.  Fuel light came on at 76miles on the way home just after leaving the garage. I think the the guy that rode the bike around the corner to the MOT stn has taken it for a joyride. Oh' and my clutch biting point seems further away. I shall be having words with the garage boss when he gets back from his holidays and wont be using them again.

I shall give the bike a look over tomorrow. First port of call Vacuum.

I've never had an issue with using with the garage (pole position) that did carls mot, I've used them many times, but in future I will log the mileage, I can't believe the bike was taken for a joy ride, as it was pissing with rain, it might be possible that they used your bike to pick up a part or drop a part off, which is still out of order.
twas fun playing with starters motors tho.....

It's for sale, no it's not, it's for sale, no it's not. it's for sale, oh balls I shall I keep it.

I think this technique damages the sale in the end. Because when it eventually goes up for sale peole wont take is seriously in case one changes their mind.
