No parts needed really unless someone has a right hand Harris peg going spare.

Stabilisers would be a great idea. Maybe they could be integrated into the bike like a Porche whale tail only they are out to begin with and once one goes over a certain speed they retract back in.

Isn't it funny how these things seem to mostly happen at slow speeds.

Yep that's right Mac and it was one of them that has now snapped. I have juts enough to get my heel on so will ride back from E Susssex like that. The strange thing is that it didn't break at the snapping point where the rounded part of the peg bolts on, but snapped 3/4 the way along the shaft of the peg. I shall source a matching pair of pegs. It's about £30 for couple of pegs IIRC so off to eBay for me.

Wore out my rear tire......lol

The jetting seems close, though I might be
be 1\4 turn rich on the pilots but am at the point that I need a dyno run to really see where everything is at.

By the butt dyno, I am making good power and getting decent mileage.
The last couple times out during semi-brisk riding (5-7K in 3rd & 4th) I have been getting between 33-35 MPG so should do pretty good in cruse mode.

Yesterday I painted my subframe, closest match I could find in cans was Smoothright, hate the stuff as it comes out thick, goes everywhere and it's easy to get heavy paint and runs, it's come out pretty good, a bit dry but hopefully a t-cut will flat it off enough.
Today I greased suspension linkages and fitted my Ohlske (or penskins if you like) shock.. I've already painted one F2 clipon so need to do the other one as well as paint the forks lowers, after that it's get some phosphoric acid to treat the bit of surface rust inside the tank then fit it all back together. K tech fork springs ordered today, Powerbronze fairing lower to order tomorrow as well as a hugger, from pictures the skidmarx one looks a bit better than powerbronze, opinions/experiences welcome.

At this rate I'll have it ready for Devon storm  , but need it done soon really as my VFR clutch has started slipping, I've been enjoying riding that though.
