New chain and sprockets and finished yesterday and took her out for a run. Nothing fell off!!

First time I have changed them so did wonder if I had torqued every thing back up but it would seem I did.

but she did get rained on so the new stuff is not shiny and new any more

I made it fit! My biggest issue was my shovel like hands trying to hold the terminal on the post with about a mm of slack in the cables whilst simultaneously trying to do up the poxy little screws with a torch in my mouth, even the dog could sense trouble and got the hell out of there!

Fitted a X11 rear hugger (it was cheap) .
Took a little trimming here and there but it looks good and should protect the shock from road crap now .

I have winterised the bike, this included draining the fuel tank and spraying the inside with vapor oil, drained the carbs and done the same with the oil, plugs out and oil down the cylinders, change the oil and new filter also fitted.

Don't need to plug the exhausts as she is in my new man cave with heating and a de-humidifier to keep and good climate.

The winter will include the following work:

-replace the fuel tap inners.
-replace the clutch master and slave internals with new fluid
-replace the front and rear master internals.
-new plugs and air filter
-fit WP shock
-replace all radiator pipes and coolant, as one is not looking too good.
-replace all bearings on wheels after shot blast and re powder coated, then new boots fitted.
-tidy the engine up, powder coat the rockers, a good clean and new vac and fuel hoses.
-if I get my new job, with my redundancy money:
then the front forks will go to Roger to have the internals worked
and a new set of Chinese plastics
