I hope not, they are out of the direct path of the exhaust gasses, I have felt them and they were stone cold (mind it was b8stard freezing this morning - my hands were cold in the garage while I was taking the chains off it!
) The tips are "growlers" - larger than the actual exit (a bit chavvy, but I love the shape)....
When I fit the undertray, I will adjust the mounting position a touch anyway - I might go down the RRsEnd/tail tidy route...

I had the same problem with the little indicators melting so ditched that idea and tried something else instead.
And if I could get my head around pictures at the moment I'd show you.....tedious!
