Mines black plastic on dark blue, i just left it and you cant even tell, I had to get a torch to make sure i hadn't sprayed it. If you get it nice and smooth the light shines off it and you would have to get very close to tell it's not blue. i do have some spray though, there are some threads on here to get it from. I did my belly pan and that looks great.

I was about to go take a picture for you but my camera batteries have died...perhaps later

Thanks

Good luck with it Chippy, if you take your time it's not too bad at all, and the benefits are massive if the stock bars make your wrists ache.

Honestly mate it's dead easy ,when i done mine i used a bit of masking tape to follow the contours of the fairing, then followed the edge of the tape with my dremell tool ,it'll cut with both a toothed steel disc ,or a normal disc.

So it's just this bit (marked in yellow) that gets cut off?

Just for info boys,
I used a kit from a firm in Blackburn CNC http://www.topyokes.com .You have to replace the whole of the yoke it doesnt fit on top like some do, but, no need to cut fairing.
It cost about £220 and they included some replacement braided clutch and brake lines, very good customer sevice also.

That is a good price for all the parts you get and the quality of the CNC top yoke..........I am tempted
