Looking good mate, I agree with Marra, a small bracket from the footpeg hanger would look even better. Like that set-up Beamish, thats exactly what i'm after eventually.

I think (as marra said) they would look even better with the mounting brackets coming off the rear foot pegs.

or you could mount em like i did on my old storm, thin piece of metal through the subframe just overlapping an inch each side, drill through the undertray, long bolt through the hangers undertay and metal plate, then bolt up from under the seat, end up with this neat n tidy look

Now that is an idea....will definately have to sort out them angled link pipes then!! Still need to fork out for my Manual Tensioners yet.....really nervous about riding her!!

This is only my opinion, but I've always thought the std swing arm isn't worth showing off.

Raising the cans just leaves the eye lingering on the arm, which is a bit plain, to say the least, only one step up from a steel rectangular section cheapie.

Although Marra's polished one raises the game a bit, I'd want to be fitting a nice braced, polished, underslung Brembo caliper, something a bit special, otherwise (just my opinion) I'd rather keep it hidden, really.

Fair shout mate...each to their own!! Although that is another thing to do on my list is polish up the swingarm....not sure what to use for this but one bit at a time....especially for us low budgeters

I agree with Tony to a degree-but I also like high levels on a Storm.

The standard swing arm does look pants really-although I have seen worse. I think HL cans make the bike silhouette look better though in some respects though.

The other plus factor with HL cans is the fact it’ll piss whoever’s following you off even more than standard level pipes My mate found it difficult following on his bade due to the engine braking of the Storm (no brake light…) and the DB level hitting him on a long ride! Very funny

ive got a spare polished swingarm you can have for price of postage matey, want a rebuff but the hardworks done, and you could always have a brace added to it before fitting it to your bike, let me know if you want it
