Good to see you got a fast Orange one!sgoaty wrote:Well I got her home.
It has been attacked with brake fluid at some point and the previos owner got the whole thing resprayed but when refitting one of the uppers the paint/filler cracked. Its under one of the honda badges at the front.
Other than that and needing some new bulbs in behind the clocks it seems pretty good so far.

hey watch out for the regulator/rectifier. its crap. swap it for something like an r6 or r1 i think theyre the same anyway. if you look in the workshop section theres a decent how to with photos. if it blows it may take out lots of other expensive bits!.

The brake lever looks a bit banana bent - that might also explain the filler/cover up decal in fairing (never heard of brake fluid being as corrosive as Alien acid blood ;) Is there any sign of a tumble on the rt side?
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Discovered a bit of welding on the rh fairing stay today so it may well have been over.Wicky wrote:The brake lever looks a bit banana bent - that might also explain the filler/cover up decal in fairing (never heard of brake fluid being as corrosive as Alien acid blood ;) Is there any sign of a tumble on the rt side?
