Enzo,

I have all the instructions for front and rear suspension set up by Maxton. Mine was for a 12.5 stone rider on fast smooth roads ie IOM set up as they describe it. All the settings are there Iam sure you could easily alter them for a few extra lbs but at least you will have a starting point.
It covers everything from pre load sag, right thru to front forks air gap its very comprehensive.
