Excellent, the front of the bike troubles me sometimes, a lack of feeling there sometimes has my guts do funny things.
Any recommendations on a kit?

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

God dam..... Bought a spacer and decided to fit it today...already had one fitted...doh! Never thought to look oh well ha ha...im thinking... well...hoping fork springs are uprated too but no way to check apart from take the springs out and have a look...just wondering aswell .. Whats the best setting to have the front springs on??? I know my weight a factor for setting up (13st 7) and is there anywhere i can get a spring adjusting spanner for the rear shock as i didint get a tool kit with the bike?!

Re: Hi ladies and gents!
Hard to tell what front springs are fitted, as most of them look the same....
Spacer?
Add another one anyway, see what it feels like.
(you might need a damper, though.....)
Or leave as it is and drop the forks through the yokes a little at a time to get much the same result.

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Hi mate and welcome. Hyperpro springs are good for the money. Completely transformed my bike. Uprated springs will have very tight (close together) coils and will have probably ditched the top 100mm bush. Standard springs are progressive but are crap and the coils are very loose and wide. Also the top 100mm bush will still be in with standard springs.
As for setting up your suspension... nobody elses settings will be any good for you as it's down to personal feel but it is dead easy to set it up for your weight. Have a read through this: http://www.gostar-racing.com/informatio ... set-up.htm. Did mine the other day. Took about 15 minutes and it's bob on now
Just make sure you take notes on everything you touch before and after, change one thing at a time then test ride it before going on to the next.

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level then beat you with experience!
