You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

The dyno chart as Tony said is just wrong.
All dyno charts should have the torque and the BHP figure crossing at 5252 rpm (it's all in the maths.)
Every thing on my dyno from a lambretta to a GSXR does the same.
My FireStorm produces the following
101.03 BHP @ 8634 rpm
66.27 ft/lb @ 6810 rpm
AFR between 12 and 11.5 as I had a dirty air filter for months and months, so it runs rich.
These are SAE J1349 specs and the run was done under the following conditions.
16.2 degrees C, 899 mBar pressure and 74.6 % humidity.
My VTR produces between 99 and 103 BHP depending upon changes in the 3 conditions above.

Also gwellsbury's results are in DIN and Clive's was done under ISO 1585 so there would be a power difference in the calculations.
You should get all power runs done in SAE J1349 as this is the standard to enable you to move between dyno's
