chin up buddy, i'm still not back on my bike or back to work properly and my accident was 14 months ago, just think that you will be back for spring which is the most important thing, i found the doctors and nurses of the nhs to be very good, the only bad bit is the aftercare, you have an appointment with the consultant every 3 to 4 months and they say, can you touch your toes or does it still hurt and then come back in another 3 to 4 months....blah blah blah!!!
just think you can tinker with your bike some more before spring........... :thumbup:

ooh oww, feel for you. I fell on my butt last year in the snow and ice. I only damaged my coccyx, that hurt like hell. As for pain relief, a nurse suggested that I alternate parcetamol and ibruprofen every three hours. It worked, the ale is tempting but stops the drugs working. GWS
