Thanks for the warm welcome :-)
Surely hope to meet you somewhere in near future, possible in UK or in Netherlands. Will be at BSB races Assen for sure.
Unfortunately we had a financial problem for this years season Superbike racing with the team ,had to cancel in last moment, but will be present next year
Also member of the Dutch VTR owners club, perhaps we can organize a meeting between the two :-) , shaking the continent a little bit

Hi Rich,
We go for that ! Good idea to visit the Indian museum and Tony Leenes, i am in contact with him at moment as my grandfather owned an Indian Chief sidecar and in the early twenties he owned a "Cleveland" two stroke 250 cc single, 2,5 HP, Topspeed 48 km/h :-) A bit different from todays bikes.
And indeed, Tony is a great charachter
If possible I will come over to you first to have a rumbling ride on our VTR's

Rear tyre temp indicator is a very simple system.
My brother built it for me, it's infrared system, measures temp of tyresurface, infra red eye mounted on hugger (small hole) , cable connection to front of bike, have small lcd screen indicator (push for actual temp) or on-line temp (is very nervous indication going up and down). Gives good indication especially the time it takes before tyre is really getting it's full grip. Not High tech but works well, and low costs.
Here some pics.

Thanks Chris,
And you're right, cans are well made too, IXIL is a spanish company, have been in touch with them as i want to refill the cans, e-mail answer within couple of hours
They used good stainless and carbon material, the sound is a bit like a motogp engine if you close the throttle hahahaha, luckily most of time they do not check soundlevels here, only with MotoGP , WSBK and BSB races at Assen there will be soundlevel checks.
