Will try and load some of the build process late. Bike runs standard VTR running gear. Has had the rear sub frame and front fairing frame changed to suit new fairings. Front guard covers the front forks. Radiators have been lifted as well.

There's some amazing craftsmanship there. I love the way the tank rolls off into the fairing.

when you said a britten tribute, i thought normal plastics with a pink and blue colour scheme. fook me i was wrong, excellent work brinz, that blew me away, very much in the spirit of mr britten himself....
keep an eye open for some sportier wheels, that will set your bike off even more...

Love it and must be head turner esp in NZ - can't wait to see how you made the moulds and built it up. Any views of the other side showing exhaust headers etc.

Is the misspelling of 'Brittan' on the swinger deliberate

Thanks. Spelling was never by best subject,
was misspelled as not to upset anyone.

I noticed the words "tribute" under the Brittan on the swing arm [cover]........also a nice touch...... is there a risk of upsetting people with such a good tribute bike?

It's not copyrighted, AFAIK, and everyone gets their ideas form somewhere.
Even John Britten didn't invent the piston engine.

If it was being built to try to pass it off, that would be another thing, but clearly it's not, so all good in my book.

I did get in contact with Britten a while back to see what they thought, They were not bothered as long as I did not try and pass it off as one of their's.

I will build one more (I always planed to build two as I knew there would be bits on the first one, I would not be 100% happy with).
Will also try and get the exhaust looking more like the real thing!
May get a chance to it get done later this year? (depends on work etc).
