Thanks guys and sorry for the slow reply. I moved this last weekend and managed to take out my back in the process so the last couple of days have been real fun....

Well I can't talk about everything as I'm still in the experemanting stage right now.... but the one thing you can do to your stock header is clean up the nasty weld inside to collet where the header bolts to the head. Just loke the old XR400s the weld in there is rather ugly and does block the exhaust flow.

So take a die grinder or dremel tool and smooth the weld out and open it up a bit so you get a nice smooth exhaust flow. Unlike the restriction where the pipe goes back into 2 from one, the ones in the heads are not supposed to be there.

Oh and to add to my engine mod list.... I forgot the lightened flywheel and stick coils.... both easy good mods.
