Sorted! It was set at 863 now it's down to 496 and feels a lot smoother for sure!

Feels like its running perfect! Front end comes up much easier :lol: love it!

So (and please excuse my ignorance)....what has adjusting the TPS actually done so as to improve the running of the engine, i mean why is it smoother now and are any other mods needed for this improvement or just the gaining of the 500 value youv mentioned? My m8s a sparky with all the kit but is that an auto-electriction's box of magic? or is following the previous thread all ill need to do :think:

Its very simple to adjust if you want to do your own and have your own tool get one of these

The TPS advances and retards the ignition timing. Honda set it at the factory according to best emissions not best performance. If your carbs are all original with no other tinkering, you will find the bike will idle better with less needle fluctuation and the bottom end/midrange will be smoother.
