It look a lovely clean example but I'm not a fan of the enclosed lowers! The prob with all storm is they normally customised in some way and its down to the individuals taste.
Aslong as you like the mods then that's what matters.

No you don't need one, if its loose it would fail the mot, take it off and you might get an advisory saying its not fitted. As long as there's
