You can't really anodise cast aluminum.. It don't work.
Why ask... sometime you just go to do it and find out?

Clear powder coat those puppies! Man, you spent a lot of time on that. It looks fantastic!
I'm sorry if it was answered before, but why did it take so long to remove the paint? Paint stripper and a Dremel should've made quick work of it.

Paint stripper these days are nothing to what they used to be like due to H&S. Did not want to put the dremel near it as I don't have a soft bit for it. Unless I use the wire brush thingy; will give that a go tomorrow :thumbup:
