If you find you can't brake well enough with the wonky wrist have a look on the disabled riders association and look at the double levers on there, they are pricey but if your wrist/grip isn't going to improve enough for you to ride safely with the standard setup it's an option you can consider looking at.
I'm thinking worst case scenario mate.
It's a wait & see thing really.
I'm still doing the the home phisio exercises & have other 'specialist' writ strengthening exercises I can practice as well...

Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...

Stick with it mate...don't be tempted to rush things either or you'll end up knocking yourself back...i did and i've ended up with 2 totally useless clawed fingers on my hand and hyper sensativity upto my elbow...i wouldn't wish that on anyone as it's murder sleeping(so i don't very often) and even worse getting dressed, just pulling a shirt on feels like being electricuted.

Yes it's true.. I keep popping over and repeatedly lamping Mac in the face to remind him of what 'real' pain feels like!ging500 wrote:That's why Jamie keeps going grain, to aid in "physical recovery"!!!
