It's a wait & see thing really.
I'm still doing the the home phisio exercises & have other 'specialist' writ strengthening exercises I can practice as well...

Stick with it mate...don't be tempted to rush things either or you'll end up knocking yourself back...i did and i've ended up with 2 totally useless clawed fingers on my hand and hyper sensativity upto my elbow...i wouldn't wish that on anyone as it's murder sleeping(so i don't very often) and even worse getting dressed,just pulling a shirt on feels like being electricuted.

Yes it's true.. I keep popping over and repeatedly lamping Mac in the face to remind him of what 'real' pain feels like!
