Vimeo is crap these days as I cant bypass my flashblock plug-in. It's as if there is a transparent container in front of the player blocking access to the disable flashblock button. You try embedding a vimeo player these days too

Yeah, that's me 'in the chair' 
It isn't so scary really, the trick is to take out your brain before the race and put a brick in there to keep the balance the same 
besides I like getting my elbow down
