I really don't have an answer on why I haven't had any CCT issues.

Yes I am still running stock, unmodified CCTs, and after a quick run to the garage the bike has 99,403 miles as it sit right now.

Yes they have been changed out and one of the reasons I still have autos is that when it came time for the service, there always seemed to be a back order on manual units.

Now I don't have an issue with the manual units and will run some one day but only because I am tired of swapping out the stock units, though most folks never rack up enough miles needed for the service interval.

Even with all that, I do recommend replacing them on a new to you VTR, which type you choose is whatever lets you sleep the best :thumbup: :beer:

What would the service interval be for the CCT's? My bike has the stopper mod and about 20k miles on it

32K miles, or every 2nd valve check if you follow the factory service intervals :thumbup:
No it's not in the service manual but was an update that came out like the carb hose rerouting..... and both are almost impossible to find a copy of.

Well manual CCT just been fitted this morning :D I also fitted some new cans MTC GP pro stubbies bike sounds great. Not sure my neighbours will agree t 0730 am though!!
