No one knows yet .
I've given up many times before (smoking) but always manage to find a few stone :-( this time as I've made the transition from smoking to vaping I'm loosing weight , I feel as if I've given up smoking ,clear chest and all that ,
I'm dropping down on the nicotine every few weeks ,
This is helping me tremendously.
Long term plan is to stop vaping too .

took all your advice and invested in a Eleaf iStick 30w.
Day 4 now, only had 3 proper smokes and none in the last 2 days.
Don't know if its the switch, having the man flu, or a combination, but some of the stuff leaving my body looks radioactive!
I enjoy my smokes, but its actually the pressure from the young lads that's pushing me on.

would it help if i posted some pictures on my lungs when i had Lung cancer! 1 looked buggered and i have never ever smoked.
you may say i can't comment as I've not got the "Enjoyment" of nicotine, but i hate the smell, hate the ash and don't generally talk to people with "Ashtray breath" sorry. I really don't understand how 1 person in a relationship can smoke and 1 doesn't.
However you all know it wont do you any good. i found it ridiculous that while i was having my chemo, which undoubtably saved my live, that other people there had limbs removed due to poor circulation caused by smoking that they still went out on a wheelchair to have a bloody fag.
I have side effects from the cancer treatment but iam here and in good health. Amazing considering i was told i would not see Xmas 1012.
Good luck to anybody giving up.

AND whats with the "yellow teeth" Come on guys give up and by more storm bits with the spare cash.
