Mine was black, going back to silver now :thumbup:

I repainted the undertray, seat unit and single seat cowl of my mates bike in the same colour, the results were very good..... :thumbup:
I've heard many people say painting with silver is extremely difficult, I must have got lucky...... :lol:

Silver is not too hard to spray.
If you put it on too heavy it goes dark. You can always put more paint on.....but its hard to take it off.

I have some white vehicle wrapping vinyl if required, rather than buy some dodgy fablon / sticky back plastic, I can sort you out with some proper air release wrap, if you need some just let me know.
I've now gone all European and bought a KTM Superduke GT and Aprilia RSV1000R :D ,
Storm is now gone :cry: .

the headlight surround is one of the easiest parts of a firestorm to vinyl wrap, the only tricky part is around the recess for the side light.

in fact when I did these two, I didn't even bother going around the recess.
